Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact a Customer Solutions Specialist before returning an item so a return authorization can be created. We will send you an e-mail with instructions on how to complete the return. If you would prefer to create a standard return within your account, you can do so by clicking on "My Orders", and beside each order is a "Return Items" button. Upon receipt and inspection of returned product(s), your credit card will be credited for the amount paid for the item(s) minus the 30% restocking fee.

The return shipping fee for a standard return is the responsibility of the customer submitting the request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Liftgate Service

A liftgate is a mechanized platform attached to the back of a truck that lowers your order to the ground. Our drivers place your order on the curb. You are responsible for bringing the order inside.

If you do not have a forklift or loading dock to unload your order from the truck, you will need a liftgate and must select this option at checkout. The charge for liftgate service with your online order is $85. Additional fees will occur if a liftgate is added after checkout.

White Glove Service

White-glove service is when we, Economy, both deliver and install your order on your site. We can also remove old equipment from the site, but you must indicate this in the provided fields. Because this is a specialty service done by Economy’s in-house team, white-glove service is only available to customers within a 125 mile radius of Philadelphia, PA. We recognize that the requirements for white-glove service will be unique for every client, so to get a quote for your particular order we require that you fill out an additional form field on the check-out page with the following information:

  • Do you require removal?
  • How many steps/stairs do you have?
  • Please list the width of all doorways and entry ways we will pass through.
  • Is there sufficient walkway space in your kitchen for move-in and installation of equipment?

After you’ve filled out the form field Economy will contact you via phone or email with a quote for your white-glove service.
